      Piper's Wrap dress is a unique, reversible, easy to sew, easy to wear
canvas for your creative genius.  The dress features three armhole
openings and no fasteners.  The front provides ample room for embroidery
or applique.  The cover models are each made of three coordinating
fabrics (dress, lining and binding), but would be equally sweet in 1 or 2
fabrics.  The binding is most easily attached with a bias binder attach-
ment for your sewing machine.  There are also instructions for traditional
bias binding.

     The same amount of fabric is needed for lining.
   1/2 yard fabric required for binding.

Except as noted, the above yardages include enough for a two fabric panty.  3/8 to 1/2 yd additional fabric needed to make
a panty of only 1 fabric.  Above yardages are sufficient for 
directional designs or napped fabrics.

Notions:  Thread, 1/4" and 1/2" elastic for panties.
   Bias Binder attachment for your machine (optional) or 1/2"
