"Sara's Skort"

       Sara's Skort is a pattern for a skirt with attached shorts.  The skirt is
lined and the shorts are unlined.  Skort front is fitted, while the back 
waist has a casing with elastic.  Front and back skirt sections are cut on
the fold.  Both the fabric requirement chart and the instructions refer to
the outside as the skirt and the under part as the shorts.  It is called a
skort when these two sections are stitched together.

     Skort is shown with the #245 Lettie blouse and a button-on-the-
shoulder top from the #85 Libby jumper.  To use the Libby yoke for a
summer top, extend the yokes down to about a length even with a child's
navel.  The approximate length from the high point on shoulder to the
bottom of the top is Size 1:  9  1/2", Size 2:  10  1/2",  Size 3:  11",
Size 4:  11  1/2", Size 5:  12", Size 6:  12  1/2", Size 7:  13  1/2",
Size 8:  14  1/2", Size 10:  16", Size 12:  17".
