         Sandy is a loose romper that buttons in the front.  It can be made 
sleeveless, with a short straight cuffed sleeve or a piped ruffle sleeve for
girls.  The bottom of the legs can be straight, gathered onto a legband, or
gathered with elastic.  The pattern includes a piped Peter Pan collar for
girls and a boy's collar.
