       Mindy is a round yoked smocked dress.  The smocking is done just below the yokeline.  Three sleeve lengths are included:  long and short that are smocked at the wrist and arm, and ruffle length, designed with an eyelet undersleeve.  A smocking design is included.  Two dress lengths are also included.
