        Lettie is a blouse and pants pattern.  The blouse buttons in the front
and has straight sleeves edged with ruffles that can be either short or
3/4 length.  The one-piece Peter Pan collar is finished with corded piping.
The long, elastic-waist pants, as well as the shorts, are unlined.  Both are
finished with a ruffle at bottom of legs.
