       Elliott is a botton-on-the-shoulder romper for girls and boys.  View A
is designed for a smocked inset.  The longer yoke on View B is suitable for
a monogram or machine embroidery.  Pattern includes both short and long
pants which have a turned up cuff for growth.  Romper is completely 
lined.  Instructions are included for grippers in the crotch.  Pattern is
included for blouse or shirt that buttons in the back and has a piped
collar and piped sleeve.
