       Blair is a classic romper that has a small (about 3 1/2" x 4") area of
smocking in the center front.  The classic lines of this romper feature 
corded piping at the top and bottom of the smocked inset.  This smocked
inset is just perfect for part of a picture smocking design, making it
quick and easy.  This button-on-the-shoulder romper is closed at the
crotch with snaps.  The boy's romper has elastic at the legs and the girl's
romper has elastic and a ruffle.  Smocking design shown is Fire Quackers
from Little Memories.
