Carol has made this summertime "Callie" by Children's Corner
in watermelon colors that look good enough to eat!

The fabric is a hot pink cotton pique from Fabric Finders.
The watermelon "rind" is lime pique  (also from Fabric
Finders) combined with 1/8" soft lime pima check from
Stylecrest and edged with white rick rack.  The "seeds"
are tiny black buttons from Beautiful Buttons.  The facing
at the neckline has been turned to the inside instead of to
the outside as is usually done with the "Callie" pattern.

So cooool !!!
