The top has been lengthened to
 make a dress.
The fabric is Spechler-
Vogel's pima wale pique
in white.

The trim is rick rack 
combined with piping
made from Spechler-
Vogel #704 pima.
Stitch the piping to
the center of the
rick rack before
applying to the collar
and edges.
