Here we have another of Carol's great creations -
a darling tiered skirt done in corduroy and 
trimmed in grosgrain ribbon.  The fabric is one from
Robert Kaufman's "Cool Cords" collection.

 

 
     
 

Elastic at the waist is enclosed between the
corduroy fabric and the grosgrain ribbon.
