Use your favorite bishop
pattern and the peter-pan
collar from another pattern
in the same size as your
bishop.  Apply the collar
with a narrow bias facing
turned to the inside and
stitched in place.

pastel blue with a matching
blue in Imperial broadcloth
for the collar and cuffs.
